I'm currently a Staff Product Manager at Western Governors University, where I own product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise infrastructure platforms. I lead datacenter modernization, Kubernetes adoption, CI/CD transformation, and disaster recovery — and I built an AI agent that lets developers troubleshoot pipelines and query project effort in natural language.
Previously, I spent 14 years at Wells Fargo as a Vice President and Technology Manager, where I helped drive one of the largest datacenter consolidations in banking: 12,000+ servers and 880+ applications migrated or decommissioned, SOX risk reduced 73%, and $114M in year-over-year savings. Along the way I led teams of up to 42 professionals delivering B2B payment services processing $40B daily for Fortune 500 wholesale customers.
My journey spans infrastructure, cloud architecture, product, and AI — a cross-functional perspective built over 25+ years of turning complex technology programs into business outcomes. I hold an MBA in Technology Management, certifications across AWS, Azure, Scrum, TOGAF, and ITIL, and completed MIT Sloan's program on AI strategy.
