Twenty-five years driving cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, application development, and platform engineering — now putting AI to work at enterprise scale. Initiatives delivered exceed $114M in annual savings.
Leading engineering and operations teams through datacenter modernization, cloud migration, Kubernetes adoption, and disaster recovery — from strategy through cutover.
Owning product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise infrastructure platforms — aligning engineering, security, and business stakeholders around the investments that matter.
Applying AI to enterprise problems — built an AI agent that helps developers troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, and shaping AI strategy to enhance platform capabilities.

Challenge: Aging datacenter infrastructure and container platforms needed modernization without disrupting services supporting one of the largest online universities in the U.S. — while developer teams lacked fast answers when CI/CD pipelines failed.
Approach: As product owner for infrastructure platforms, led a full datacenter technology refresh (network, storage, Oracle Exadata, VM farm) including cage buildout, migration, and cutover. Drove the migration from ECS Fargate to AWS EKS with Terraform-defined infrastructure, and built a disaster recovery program spanning the terrestrial datacenter and AWS, designed toward active/active processing with a cost-vs-risk backup strategy.
Outcome: A modernized, more reliable and cost-efficient platform — plus an AI agent that lets developers troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and query project effort in natural language, reducing time lost to pipeline issues.

Challenge: Thousands of applications sprawled across satellite datacenters created significant SOX compliance risk, high operational cost, and reduced availability across one of the largest banks in the U.S.
Approach: Directed project managers, service delivery, and application teams through a multi-year consolidation program — moving applications from satellite sites to cloud and regional datacenters. Built a Site Profile & Application Utility that aggregated metadata across the portfolio, giving leadership the transparency needed to sequence migrations. Mapped a $45M initiative to close nine premium satellite datacenters.
Outcome: Migrated or decommissioned over 12,000 servers and 884 applications while maintaining business continuity for wholesale banking customers processing $40B daily.
